Heyyyy darlings, HAPPY FRIDAYYYYYY!!!!

Sooooooo, I know Friday is suppose to be #FinanceFriday buttttt I decided I’m going to put that segment on hold maybe bring it back into the new year. But today I am doing a 30 Day update of life with my NEW ELECTRIC CAR!!!

Yes, back in June I purchased a Nissan Leaf. It is 100% electric and yes it been a lot getting use to. So figured I’ll do a pros and cons of driving an electric car…. The Pros and Cons of Driving a Nissan Leaf to be exact.

PROS

• YOU NEVER HAVE TO PAY FOR HIGH ASS GAS PRICES AGAIN.
• ALL THE NISSAN CHARGE STATIONS ARE FREE.
• YOU CAN JUST PLUG UP YOUR CAR AT HOME AND OR AT WORK.
• YOU GET A SPECIAL TAG THAT ALLOWED YOU TO DRIVE IN THE HOV LANE.
• YOUR CAR IS A CONVERSATION STARTER PIECE- GOOD FOR SHY PEOPLE
• NO MOREEEEEEEE OIL CHANGE.
• OMG, OMG, OMG, NO MORE MAJOR CAR PROBLEMS.
• THERE ARE CHARGE STATIONS ALL OVER THE CITY.
• THE CAR IS SUPER QUICK AND SUPER QUIET
• YOU ARE SAVING THE PLANET.
• AS SMALL AS IT LOOKS YOU GET A LOT OF SPACE
• IF THE PURCHASE THE CAR BRAND NEW YOU GET A MAJOR TAX BREAK.

CONS

• NOT ENOUGH MILES PER CHARGE
• NOT ENOUGH CHARGE STATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY
• CAN’T TAKE IT ON ROAD TRIPS
• NOT A GOOD CAR FOR FAST DRIVERS
• NOT A GOOD CAR FOR PEOPLE WHO DRIVES DAILY

FINAL THOUGHTS

Overall the car is super cute, great for environment and definitely something worth experiencing. While I won’t be keeping that car for more than a year I am sold and will be staying in the electric car family, but I do need at least 200 miles per charged.

Ok, now let’s meet new MY car, her name is Baby Leaf, she’s white, 2015 and like I said she’s super cute!!! Let’s explore some of my features…. 

I finally have a HATCHBACK TRUNK that can holds more stuffffffff, like more EVERYTHING!! From my photography equipments, my blog shoots stuff to my Priiincesss Staycation bags and stuff.  And as you can see I’m SUPER excited about that!!

Howwwww cuteeee is this bag that the portable charge plug comes in?!?!

I actually went with this specific color because it comes with the backup camera, which is something new to me. Andddddd I also love how cute and simple the gear shift is…

Overalls Baby Leaf is bae and we are having the best time getting to know each other!!
