A common dilemma for most women when it comes to getting dressed on a casual day is finding the right pair of jeans to wear. We want the fit to be right, we want the length to be right, and we want the price to be right. We’re not trying to spend hundreds of dollars on a good pair of jeans when there are jeans out there that are moderately priced that still fit our requirements. I decided to take an inventory of the jeans that are in my closet and I picked out a few of my favorite pairs right now that fit perfectly in my opinion and are also inexpensive. All of these jeans are under $100. Check out my choices below.
The first pair of jeans out of my closet are from Topshop. I’ve been buying jeans from Topshop for a few years now. Originally, I would purchase their super skinny, super stretchy, high waist denim. They’ve never failed me. However, more recently I’ve decided to try a new style of jeans from them: The Mom Jeans. What I love about these new Mom Jeans from Topshop is that they are a very classic jean. The fit is perfect for curvy girls and mom’s because of the high waist, and they hold everything in. And the pair that I’m wearing are perfect for the Spring and Summer seasons. They also have lengths for us tall girls, as well as petite and regular. The quality and fit are great, and they last forever!
The next pair of jeans are from H&M. You can easily find a pair of jeans at H&M for under $40. Of course, if there is a sale, then you can get them for an even lower price. The jeans that I’m rocking are actually on sale for $14 right now! These jeans have an incredible shape and stretch to them; so they accentuate your booty and your hips. And as someone who loves movement, I love that I can squat in these and kick my legs. Their sizes range from size 0 to size 18. The size range is important because women come in many shapes and sizes. We need our jeans to accommodate our various body types. Along with great prices and great fits, H&M also has a variety of colors, designs, and style of jeans.
The last pair of jeans that I’m featuring are from American Eagle. I don’t shop at American Eagle often (mainly because I’m way past 21). However, when I do venture in there, I’m reminded of how much I love their jeans. The pair that I’m wearing above are called Mom Jeans; Which means that they are great especially for us women who have that little stomach pudge (they enhance our curves while smoothing the tummy). I also find them to be super comfy and stylish. Plus, they have a large range of sizes and lengths. So, like the other two brands mentioned above, they do provide for different shapes and sizes.
Honorable Mentions (New York & Company, Old Navy, and Mango). These are also brands that cater to women of all shapes and sizes. And their jeans are pretty affordable as well.
When it comes to jeans, comfort is key. Most of us women live in jeans so we can’t afford to walk around in uncomfortable clothes all day. We also can’t afford to spend tons of money on a decent pair of jeans. I’ve found that the brands mentioned above (H&M, Topshop, American Eagle, Old Navy, New York & Company, and many others) have fabulous and affordable pieces that are worth the try.
