Heyyyyyyyy darlings, it is FINALLY FRIDAYYYY, YESSSSS!!!!!!
As promised I am bringing Health & Fitness back to the blog so let’s get to it!!
I don’t think I shared this on there blog, but your girl did try the infamous KETO Diet, and yes, it’s a great diet but like ALLLLLL the other diets it is just another temporary way to drop weight quick/easy and mentally its also UNHEALTHY. Personally I have been on a diet my ENTIRE adult life. I’m alwayssss on some type of get skinny scam. I’m always not eating something. And I’m just over it, like OVER ITTTTTT!! So after trying out the KETO Diet for about 3-4 weeks I decided I’m going to get off the diet and focus on making this whole health & fitness thing a LIFESTYLE once a for all. Enough is enough and I refuse to spend the rest of my life worrying about what I can and cannot eat.
No, I’m not just going to eat trash all day everyday but figured if I’m working out 4-5x per week and eating as healthy as possible I should be able to actually enjoy my life without worrying about not eating something or about getting fat.
So the goal is to try the 70-30 rule. Eat 70% healthy and 30% whatever I want.
Here’s to a stronger and healthy ME!!
WHY I’M OFF THE KETO DIET
I also want to build my body and that will be hard to do on the KETO Diet. I want a firm butt, nice arms and an overall FIT Body.
Yup, your girl still can’t do a full push up…. But like bae been pushing me I will practice and hopefully I’ll be able to do one by JANUARY, lol.
