Oh hey darlings, HAPPY MONDAY!!! I am super excited to be back with a brand new OOTD post!! I spent the weekend creating content and coming up with ideas to close out 2018 STRONG and enter 2019 with gun BLAZINGGGGG. So figured I’ll send a little inspiration your way to help stepping up your game and really smash your goals within the last 4 months of the year and of course talk about this super comfy and cute dress!!

One thing I’m sure of is that most of us said coming into 2018 is “2018 IS GOING TO BE MY YEAR”. Well, I’m here to tell you that 2018 can still be YOUR year. You still have time to bring some of your dreams to life, and smash some of your goals BEFORE December 31st.

How? GOOD QUESTION 😉

First, it’s time to revisit  ALL the goals you have set for 2018

If you have more than 2 goals it’s time to decide which 1-2 are the most important

Come up with a plan of how you are going to accomplish your 1-2 goal

Then spend the rest of the year WORKING YOUR ASS OFF.

Tune out the world and focus on the WORK.

Forget who’s watching, who’s supporting or not, just WORK.

Stop at the end of each month and re-evaluate your work get rid of what’s not working and keep what is.

MAKE NO EXCUSES… WAKE UP EVERY SNGLE DAY AND GO HARD.

+START PLANNING FOR 2019

Let’s face it, 2019 will be here before we know it. So start planning for it. Spend about an hour or so every week planning your goals and coming up with a plan to smash them. Half of my 2019 goals are SET and I’m ready to SMASH them like, YESTERDAY.
