2019 is the year we stop playing small and take full advantage of the power of NUMBERS. I personally have OVER 3 businesses and one thing that have changed my life in 2018 is learning to collaborate with other women right in my backyard. So here’s 4 quick reasons you need a tribe in 2019.
Support: Having a tribe means you automatically have your very own support system. People you can count on when you are having a bad day. People to show up for you when you are in need. And a true support system will have your back personally and professionally. They will show up for photoshoots, collect money at the door of your event, even bring you chicken soup when you are sick and out of it.
Business Besties: When you build your own tribe you don’t just get 1 business bestie you’ll have multiple business besties to work learn and have fun with. To go to events with, start businesses with, learn things with, bounce ideas off, start businesses with and omg, share resources with.
Travel Partners: You’ll have people to travel the world with, yes please and thank you!!! I know first hand how difficult it is coordinating trips with our girlfriends especially as busy bloggers and creative. So with your own tribe you can plan annual trips to see the world and still get work done!!!
Build Life Long Friendships: And my personal favorite, you’ll get to build strong friends that will stand the test of time. People you will eventually call family. And that is what having your own tribe is ALL about. Strong bonds, sisterhood and life long friendships!!
