All the smoothies I’ve had this week, no particular order.
Left my Smoothie cups at work that day, so I put it in a big bowl, lol.

21 DAY GREEN SMOOTHIE CLEANSE -UPDATES
Hello darlings, HAPPY THURSDAY!!!
Thought I’ll use today to do a quick blog update of my 21 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. Honestly, I lost count on what day we on but all I know is I’m still going strong and I feel AMAZING!!! Omg, I’m not hungry, tired or even sleepy. Like, I feel really good, I have sooo much energy and feel like I can go 100+ days on green smoothies, lol. But I won’t, as much I am enjoying the Green Smoothie life I’ll like to be back on my normal diet, soon, lol.
What’s in my smoothies? Same thing everyday. Apples, Pineapple, strawberries, spinach, kale, mango juice and water. Blueberries on some days, but I don’t think I like it too much in my green smoothies, maybe just in my fruit smoothies.
I did not do well with my water intake last week but I am on it this week!! I’m drinking a little over 64 oz per day and really feeling flushed. It’s VERY important to drink a lot of water during these cleanses. I will carry this pace through the weekend and hopefully all through next week!
