Healthy Living: Week 2 Meals

So as you guys know I am making some life changes and have adopted a Healthier LifeSTYLE.
No, I’m not dieting. I’ve made the decision to eat clean and exercise regularly.
I’m still learning about meal planning and the things my body needs and required.
I’m making the things I like and know how to make but I did download a few Health & Fitness apps.
Hopefully I will be cooking something different meals every week but in the meantime lets take 
a look at what I made and planned for this week. 
 Breakfast: I don’t have time to get up and make breakfast in the morning so I”m kinda
in love with this DELICIOUS “Honey Bunches of Oats”-Morning Energy Cereal. 
It’s really good and holds me till lunch time. 
I can’t quite let go of my 2% milk just yet, everything else
really is disgusting. 
 After Lunch Snack: I LOVE fruits and eat a lot of it but for my after lunch snack 
I’m having grapes, pineapple apples and bananas. 
Well seasoned Chicken Breast- I baked it with broccoli, tomatoes and onions. 
Pre-baked potatoes.
 The food seasoning I use. I’m still learning about the best healthy food seasonings to use.
 Spinach and Lettuce Salad and Greens beans
