We hear it ALL the time, drink a lot of water, drink water, its good for you, you should drink at least 64 ounces of water per day… Well, I’m here to tell you that, it’s true, lol. You should actually drink a lot of water per day not just because it’s good for you but because your body will appreciate it and thank you later!!

Especially if you have joined me on this 21 Day Smoothie/Juice Challenge. You are cleansing your body and removing all the junk food and such so it’s important for the body to stay hydrated and refreshed.  Drinking the proper amount of water per day will def. help with the flushing of your system and replace all junk with good nutrients and clean fresh water!!

Tips; What I do is walk a round with a water bottle that holds about 32 oz, so I know I just need to drink about two of that per day and I’m good!!  I do pee a lot, like a LOTTTTT, but like said before the whole purpose of cleansing is to remove ALL the junk our bodies have consumed over the last couple of months.
